About
I’m an enterprising journalist with deep experience reporting on business and energy. At Wyoming Public Radio, I led coverage of our energy and natural resources reporting, translating to countless national NPR stories.
My initiative drove me to develop the nine-episode Carbon Valley podcast. After a compelling daily article, I realized I may have happened upon an incredible story. I like to do stories that expose listeners to new ideas and ones that delve into the human psyche.
Since Wyoming Public Radio, I’ve devoted myself to storytelling through long-form audio. At Sports History This Week, I managed production of every other 30-minute audio documentary. That means taking an idea from pitch to final product including leading production and writing each episode.
Now at The Indicator from Planet Money, I manage daily production to put out a light-hearted and education story on economics. I continue to focus on energy stories with episodes on climate change, the grid, and a series on battery storage.
